Legal
Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to every part of Fruity King: casino, bingo and sports betting. Please read them before you open an account. Effective from 22 September 2026. Last updated 22 September 2026.
1. Who we are
1.1 Fruity King (the "Site") is operated by ProgressPlay Limited ("we", "us"), a company registered in Malta with company number C 58305. Our registered office is at Soho St. Julian's, Office 2B, Punchbowl Centre, Elia Zammit Street, St. Julian's, STJ 3154, Malta. Our head office, as recorded on the Gambling Commission public register, is at Kolonakiou 26, Office No.18, Agios Athanasios, Limassol, 4103, Cyprus.
1.2 We are licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 39335, remote operating licence 039335-R-319313-021, for Casino Remote, Bingo Remote, General Betting Standard – Real Event Remote.
1.3 You can view our current licence status on the Gambling Commission public register: https://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/public-register/business/detail/39335. The same link appears in the footer of every page of the Site, including the game and betting pages, so you can check it at any time.
1.4 You can contact us at support@fruityking.co or through the Contact & Complaints page.
1.5 These terms came into force on 22 September 2026 and were last updated on 22 September 2026. Both dates are shown at the top of this page.
2. Your agreement
2.1 By opening an account you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Betting Rules, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. Together these form the agreement between you and us.
2.2 Individual games have their own rules, shown inside each game. If a game's rules conflict with these terms on how that game is played or paid, the game rules apply.
2.3 If the Betting Rules conflict with these terms on how a sports bet is accepted, settled or voided, the Betting Rules apply. The maximum payout in clause 11.3 applies to every sports bet; where the Betting Rules state a lower limit for a particular sport or market, the lower limit applies.
2.4 Nothing in this agreement removes or limits rights you have as a consumer under the law, and where any term would do so it will not apply to that extent.
3. Eligibility
3.1 You may only open an account if you are 18 or older, are acting for yourself, and live in Great Britain. You must be physically located in Great Britain (England, Scotland or Wales) when you register, deposit, gamble or withdraw. We do not accept customers in Northern Ireland or anywhere else outside Great Britain, and our payment, identity and location checks are set up on that basis.
3.2 Self-exclusion. You must not register, deposit or gamble with us while you are self-excluded from Fruity King, from any other site we operate, or through GAMSTOP. If we find that a self-excluded person has opened or used an account, we will close it, void the gambling, and return the balance in line with our verification and anti-money-laundering checks. Self-exclusion with us can be started online, through an automated process in My Account, without contacting support; the minimum period is six months and the maximum is five years, access is not restored automatically when the period ends, and the return-to-play and cooling-off rules in clause 14 apply. We will not send you marketing during self-exclusion, and we will not resume marketing afterwards unless you give us fresh consent.
3.3 You may not open an account if you work for us or a company in our group, or for a supplier with access to our systems.
3.4 It is your responsibility to make sure that gambling is legal for you where you are when you use the Site. Using the Site from outside Great Britain, including through a VPN, is not permitted.
4. Your account
4.1 You may hold one account. The details you give when registering must be true, complete and your own. You must keep them up to date.
4.2 A new account must be activated through the link sent to your email address before it can be used.
4.3 You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for telling us without delay if you suspect unauthorised use. We will investigate suspected unauthorised access and will not hold you responsible for losses to the extent they result from our failure to use reasonable security measures or from fraud for which you are not responsible.
4.4 Your account holds one balance, which is used for casino games, bingo tickets and sports bets alike. All balances are in pounds sterling.
5. Verification
5.1 We must verify your age before you can deposit, gamble or access any free-to-play version of a gambling game that we make available, and we must verify your name, date of birth and address before you can deposit or gamble. Where age verification is required, you cannot create or use an account until it is complete. We do this with the documents you upload and, where appropriate, electronic checks with credit reference and fraud prevention agencies. These checks do not affect your credit score.
5.2 We may ask for further documents at any time, including proof of payment method ownership and information about the source of your funds. Until we receive and accept them, we may restrict deposits, gambling or withdrawals.
5.3 If we cannot verify you, or discover that information you gave us was false, we may close the account. Where we find that the account holder is under 18, we will void all gambling and return deposits.
6. Deposits
6.1 You may deposit only with payment methods listed on the Payments page, which shows exactly what is switched on in the cashier, and only with methods registered in your own name. Credit cards and credit-based e-wallets are not accepted.
6.2 The minimum deposit is £10.00 and the maximum single deposit is £5,000.00. Any deposit limit you have set applies.
6.3 Deposits must come from money that belongs to you and is not the proceeds of crime. Deposits from third parties are not accepted. We may report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities and are not permitted to tell you if we do.
6.4 We may decline, cancel or return any deposit that we reasonably consider suspicious, and we may ask you to prove that a payment method belongs to you before or after using it. Deposited funds may not be used for gambling until the identity, age, and anti-money-laundering checks that apply to your account have been completed.
6.5 If a deposit is charged back or reversed, we may suspend the account and recover the amount, together with any winnings made with it.
7. Withdrawals
7.1 You may withdraw your balance at any time, subject to verification and the minimum withdrawal of £10.00. Withdrawals are paid to the payment method used to deposit wherever that method can receive money, and otherwise to another method verified in your name.
7.2 Once you submit a withdrawal request, it cannot be reversed to your gambling balance for further play. We aim to review withdrawal requests within one working day, subject to verification, payment-provider processing times and any regulatory or anti-money-laundering checks.
7.3 We do not charge for withdrawals. We will never ask you to gamble a deposit a set number of times before you can withdraw it.
8. Protection of customer funds
8.1 We hold customer funds using the following Gambling Commission protection rating: not protected – segregation of customer funds.
8.2 We hold customer funds separate from company funds. These funds are not protected in the event of insolvency: not protected segregation.
8.3 Information about this arrangement is shown to you before you make your first deposit, and again on every deposit form, and must be acknowledged before you use deposited money for gambling.
8.4 Money committed to an unsettled sports bet is not treated as customer funds for the purpose of these insolvency arrangements until the bet is settled.
8.5 You can read more about the ratings and what each one means on the Gambling Commission's customer funds guidance: https://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/public-and-players/guide/page/information-on-customer-funds-your-money.
9. Casino games
9.1 Casino games are supplied by third-party providers. Results are produced by the provider's random number generator, or for live tables by the physical equipment in the studio. Subject to clause 12, the applicable game rules, correction of a clear error and your statutory rights, the provider's game record will be treated as the authoritative record of the outcome.
9.2 The return to player figure and full rules for each game are available in the game. Stakes are deducted from your balance when a round starts, and winnings are added when it ends.
9.3 If a round is interrupted, it will be completed or restored according to the provider's rules, usually the next time you open the game.
9.4 The maximum amount paid on any single casino round is set out in the rules of that game.
10. Bingo
10.1 Tickets are bought from your balance for a specific game in a specific room. Once the first number has been called, tickets cannot be refunded.
10.2 Prizes are based on ticket sales for that game unless the room states a fixed prize. Where more than one ticket completes a pattern on the same number, the prize is shared equally.
10.3 If a game cannot be completed because of a technical fault, ticket costs for that game are refunded.
10.4 Chat must be used politely. We may remove chat access from anyone who is abusive, advertises, or shares personal information.
11. Sports betting
11.1 Sports bets are governed by the Betting Rules, which cover how odds are offered, when a bet is accepted, and how bets are settled, voided and made in play.
11.2 A bet is not accepted until it has been confirmed in My Bets. When a bet is accepted, My Bets will show the bet reference, acceptance time, stake, accepted odds, potential return and settlement status (open, settled or void). Adding a selection to the Bet Slip does not mean that we have accepted the bet. We may decline all or part of a bet before acceptance.
11.3 The maximum payout on sports bets is £250,000.00 per customer per calendar day (00:00 to 23:59 UK time). The limit applies to net winnings, excluding returned stakes, across all sports products together: singles, multiples, in-play bets and any free bets, on every market. It applies per customer, so accounts we reasonably link to the same person or household are counted together. Where winnings would take you over the limit, the payout is capped at the limit and the excess is not paid; we do not reject or reduce stakes retrospectively. Lower limits for particular sports or markets are set in the Betting Rules, and where the Betting Rules state a lower limit, that lower limit applies.
12. Errors and malfunctions
12.1 If a game malfunctions, all pays and plays on the affected rounds are void and stakes are returned.
12.2 If there is a palpable error, for example a price, handicap or line that is clearly wrong because of a typing error or a system fault, we may void the affected bet where this is fair and proportionate. If we correct an obvious error, we will explain the error, the basis of the correction and how the revised settlement was calculated. This does not affect your right to raise a complaint or use ADR under clause 18. The definition of a palpable error, the evidence we rely on, and how multiples and any Cash Out are treated are set out in the Betting Rules.
12.3 If money is credited to your account by mistake, it remains ours and we will remove it. Tell us if you notice this.
13. Fair use and prohibited conduct
13.1 You must not cheat, collude with other players, use software to play automatically, bet on events whose outcome you can influence or already know, or use the Site for money laundering.
13.2 Where we reasonably believe that prohibited conduct has occurred, we may restrict, void or withhold only the funds, winnings or bets that are reasonably connected with that conduct, subject to our legal and regulatory obligations. We will return any undisputed customer funds unless the law prevents us from doing so. We may also close the account and share information with the Gambling Commission, sports governing bodies or the police.
13.3 You have the right to a clear explanation of any action we take under this clause, except where the law or anti-money-laundering rules prevent us from giving one.
14. Safer gambling
14.1 Deposit limits, loss limits, time-outs, reality checks and self-exclusion are available in My Account and described on the Safer Gambling page.
14.2 A new or lower limit takes effect immediately. A request to increase or remove a limit takes effect only after a 24-hour cooling-off period; until then the existing limit stays in place, and you can cancel the request at any point during that period by setting a lower limit.
14.3 We may contact you, restrict your account or apply limits if we see signs that gambling may be causing you harm, or if we need to check that your gambling is affordable.
14.4 Self-exclusion is available immediately through an automated online process in My Account and through customer services. You can choose a self-exclusion period of at least six months and up to five years. Your account will not automatically reopen when the period ends. If you ask to return after self-exclusion, we will follow our return-to-play procedure, including a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours after your request and responsible gambling checks, before access is restored.
14.5 During self-exclusion we will take all reasonable steps to prevent you from gambling with us, will stop all marketing to you, and will return any available balance to you after the requisite verification and anti-money-laundering checks.
14.6 You can also self-exclude from all participating online gambling operators licensed in Great Britain through GAMSTOP at https://www.gamstop.co.uk/. For free, independent support, visit GambleAware, GamCare (which runs the National Gambling Helpline, 0808 8020 133 in England and Scotland, 0808 2819 265 in Wales) or the NHS gambling support service.
15. Dormant accounts
15.1 An account is dormant if it has not been logged into for 12 months. We will write to you before that happens. We do not charge fees on dormant accounts, and any balance remains yours and can be withdrawn at any time.
16. Closing and suspending accounts
16.1 You can close your account at any time from My Account or by emailing us. Any balance will be returned after verification. Closing your account is not the same as self-exclusion: a closed account can be reopened on request, and closure does not stop marketing or block you from other sites. If you are concerned about your gambling, please use the self-exclusion option in clause 14 or contact us for support.
16.2 We may suspend or close an account where these terms have been broken, where we are required to by law or by our licence, or where we cannot complete verification. We will tell you why unless the law prevents us.
16.3 Unless the account is closed or restricted because of self-exclusion, fraud, a breach of these terms, a regulatory requirement or a settlement error, open bets will be settled under the Betting Rules and any balance returned. Where one of those reasons applies, open bets are settled or voided as the Betting Rules and clause 13 provide, and any balance is returned except where the law or these terms allow us to withhold it.
17. Liability
17.1 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
17.2 We are not responsible for losses caused by failures of your internet connection or device, or of third-party systems that we could not reasonably have prevented. Events outside our reasonable control are dealt with in clause 25.
17.3 Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unfair, unlawful or inconsistent with your statutory consumer rights.
18. Complaints
18.1 Complaints are handled under the procedure on our Contact & Complaints page. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it as quickly as possible. We will provide a final response within eight weeks of receiving it.
18.2 If you are dissatisfied with our final response, or we have not issued one within eight weeks, you may refer the dispute free of charge to the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS), our nominated alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider: https://www.ibas-uk.com/. You should first give us the opportunity to resolve the complaint through our internal procedure.
18.3 IBAS considers disputes about the outcome of a gambling transaction, including how a bet, game round or bingo game was settled and how these terms and the Betting Rules were applied to it. It does not consider complaints about matters such as marketing or customer service that do not affect a transaction; those remain with our internal procedure, and you can also raise them with the Gambling Commission.
18.4 If we change our ADR provider, we will name the new provider on the Contact & Complaints page and in these terms before the change takes effect. Any complaint already referred to IBAS will be completed by IBAS.
19. Changes to these terms
19.1 We may change these terms, for example to reflect new regulation or new products. We will tell you about material changes by email or on the Site before they take effect, and ask you to accept them when you next log in. If you do not accept them, you may close your account and withdraw your balance. The dates at the top of this page show when the current version came into force and when it was last updated.
20. Law
20.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Wales, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of Great Britain in which you live. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the law of your usual residence.
21. Marketing preferences
21.1 We will send marketing only where you have given the required consent or where otherwise permitted by law. You can change your marketing preferences at any time in My Account → Profile or by contacting us. We will not send marketing to customers who are self-excluded or on a time-out.
22. Bonuses and promotions
22.1 We do not currently offer bonuses, free bets, free spins or welcome offers. Nothing in the cashier, the games or the sportsbook carries a wagering requirement.
22.2 If we introduce a promotion, it will have its own written Bonus Terms, published before it goes live, that set out: who is eligible; how to opt in and opt out; when the offer expires; any qualifying deposit; the eligible games or markets; the maximum stake while a bonus is active; the maximum winnings; the circumstances in which a bonus or its winnings may be voided; what counts as bonus abuse; and any wagering requirement. Any wagering requirement on bonus funds will not exceed 10 times the bonus amount, and we will never require you to wager your own deposited money before you can withdraw it.
23. Account communication
23.1 We may send material communications about your account, including verification requests, safer gambling messages, limits and restrictions, closure or suspension, complaints, and changes to these terms, to the email address registered on your account. You must keep that email address current and check it. A message sent to your registered email address is treated as received by you, unless it is returned to us as undeliverable.
24. Intellectual property
24.1 The Fruity King name, logo and branding, and the text, graphics, layout and software that make up the Site, belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to use the Site as these terms allow. Games, sports data and their trade marks belong to the third-party providers that supply them, and we claim no rights in them.
24.2 Nothing in this clause limits any right you have under the law to use content, for example for private study or to raise a complaint.
25. Events outside our control
25.1 If an event outside our reasonable control, such as a failure of the public internet or of a power, telecommunications or payment network, industrial action affecting a supplier, a natural disaster, or an act of a government or regulator, prevents us from performing our obligations, we may suspend the affected part of the Site for as long as the event lasts. We will tell you what is happening as soon as we reasonably can.
25.2 Whatever the event, we remain obliged to return any undisputed balance to you and to comply with our licence conditions and mandatory consumer law. Bets and games affected by such an event are settled or voided under the Betting Rules and clause 12.
